5. Code of Conduct
Tefekur Academy strives to maintain a respectful and safe learning environment. You agree NOT to:
- Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or incite violence towards instructors, staff, or other students.
- Share your account credentials or grant access to paid courses to unauthorized individuals.
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any other malicious code.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform or the data contained therein.
Violations of this Code of Conduct may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund, at our sole discretion.
6. Intellectual Property
All content provided on Tefekur Academy, including but not limited to videos, audio recordings, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Tefekur Academy or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, without explicit prior written consent from us.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event will Tefekur Academy, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data. 8. Termination
Tefekur Academy may terminate your access to all or any part of our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, effective immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact support. All provisions of the Terms of Service which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
